NACA supports the introduction of the Water Quality Protection and Job Creation Act of 2019

This important bill addresses the nation’s chronic under-investment in sewers and wastewater infrastructure by reauthorizing the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) program. NACA respectfully urges Congress to reauthorize the Clean Water SRF program with annual authorization levels of $4 billion for each of the next five years.
